FHCL GM Praises Northern Division for Dedication and Output

The Fiji Hardwood Corporation Limited (FHCL) marked a significant occasion this week as General Manager Mr. Semi Dranibaka and Operations Manager Mr. Manasa Luvunakoro visited the Seaqaqa station in the Northern Division for a team briefing.

The visit, Mr. Dranibaka’s first to the Northern Division this year, highlighted the momentum being built across the organization. The Seaqaqa team, with nearly 15 dedicated members, has been playing a key role in helping FHCL meet its
production goals, standing out as one of the stations delivering consistent and high-quality output.

During the engagement, Mr. Dranibaka formally acknowledged the dedication, resilience, and high performance of the Seaqaqa team.

“Let me assure you, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. I have been following your progress closely, and I am extremely impressed with your work. I encourage you to continue striving for excellence. FHCL is on a strong growth trajectory, and your contributions are central to that success.” he said.

He further emphasized that the corporation’s current expansion and development initiatives will not only benefit the organization but also create broader opportunities for all employees.

FHCL General Manager Mr. Semi Dranibaka stressed the importance of the FPIC program in building strong and respectful relationships with landowners.

The visit concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment from the team, who were encouraged to continue setting high standards and delivering results.
